Under NO circumstances will this Cat or Kitten be Sold, Leased or Given Away, or sold to a Pet Shop Research Laboratory or Similar Facility.

If this Cat or Kitten is not purchased as Breed able Buyer Guarantees It  WILL NOT be used for stud services or breeding.

If purchased as a pet we require proof of spay or neuter before registration papers will be sent.

 We recommend spay or neuter between the ages of six and twelve months due to higher risk of prostate, ovarian, and mammary gland cancer in unaltered non-breeding cats.

 If the Cat or Kitten is Neglected, Mistreated, or Abused,  buyer will surrender the Kitty to us unconditionally and without refund.

Seller agrees to send Registration papers within a reasonable time after pick up of kitten.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and vet costs.  Total outstanding balance is due before kitten will be shipped or picked up.

Buyer agrees to send or e-mail pictures at or around six and twelve months.  Just of the kitty please so we can post them on our web site and see how wonderful they have become. (Owners name will not be posted only the kitties, and people will be cropped out of  any photos to conceal identity.)   There will be no refunds of shipping, vet costs, or the price of the kitten

HEALTH GUARANTEE
The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be in good health upon arrival.  It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase (arrival) it must be vet checked within that period of time.  It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this period of time.  If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately.  Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value.  If no replacement is available at that time, seller will have 6 months to furnish a satisfactory replacement.  If we cannot do so within this time frame, your purchase price will be refunded.  The cat/kitten cannot be returned for refund or replacement after the guarantee period has expired and/or it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FELV and FIV.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress.  Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.  Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed before notification to JaMarKits.  If a cat/kitten dies within the guaranteed period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.  The cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year.  Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vet certificate is provided as proof of death.  A replacement will be made with a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of JaMarKits.  THIS CONTRACT IS LEGALLY BINDING TO ALL PARTIES.  IT APPLIES ONLY TO THE BUYER AND SELLER IN THIS TRANSACTION AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PARTIES.
